Our Chipped-Chocolate Cookie Sandwiches are super-yummy and simultaneously crispy, chewy and creamy. Two cookies are the outer layers to a center of melt-in-your-mouth buttercream, as well as a delicious filling, such was sprinkles or caramel. It doesn’t get better than that!
